COMPONENTE PERSONAL DE SALUD

 

Meta: Contribuir a los esfuerzos de empoderamiento, capacitación y disminución de desgaste del personal de salud involucrado en la atención de personas VIH +.

Objetivos:

1- Crear estrategias innovadoras para la capacitación y refuerzo de conocimientos en cuanto al tema de VIH-SIDA de trabajadores de salud.

2- Crear espacios para el tratamiento y acompañamiento de trabajadores y trabajadoras del sistema de salud que padezcan de stress.

3- Realizar, en periodos de seis meses, cuatro sesiones interactivas de manejo de stress en cada uno de los centros de salud pertenecientes al Sistema Básico de Salud Integral (SIBASI), que hayan sido identificados con el mayor índice de tensión entre sus prestadores de servicio.

4- Crear grupos de apoyo en espacios seguros para el abordaje y manejo de stress en los proveedores de salud de cada uno de los centros atendidos, en los que estén presentes el Ministerio de Salud, Programa Nacional de ITS-VIH-SIDA, lideres y lideresas de los grupos de apoyo de personas VIH+/SIDA, ONG’s y otros, que permitan dar seguimiento y continuidad a los conocimientos adquiridos.
